I had my Jeep in for a recall, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and even sent me a video of what they inspected. When I buy my next Jeep, it will be with Sid Dillon again!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they forgot to tighten the lugs and caused the car to shake while driving. Took back for them to check it over and daughter brought back home and I checked the torque on the lugs and the back tire were still loose!

Pulled into the dealership has to have vehicle serviced took about two minutes, went and sat down shortly there after they called me vehicles all done. I thought I’d be there an hour wouldn’t very long at all.

They were very communicative throughout the entire process. I travel the country for work so I’ve been to a lot of RAM dealerships & none of them has had the level of customer service this place has had with me. Not only that but they were transparent as well. Going to RAM is never going to be your cheapest option but if you want quality work in a good time frame I would recommend them.
