Sid Dillon CDJR FIAT of Lincoln was excellent to work with. They had great customer service and we will continue to purchase and service our Jeep Wrangler with them.
I don’t like that. I have to pay $185 to diagnose a problem for one hours worth of service when you walk around the vehicle and tell me I need $3000 worth of service done on top of the repair that needs to be done. I feel like I’m paying you to tell me things I already know and have decided not to do at your dealership.

Always do good work especially with the vehicle inspections but continuously have issues with them not applying coupons and then making a big deal about it when I ask about it and it’s a little unprofessional. This time I showed coupon and emailed desk associate and then he didn’t apply (4th time with just him)
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Sid Dillon! They helped fix my Jeep and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Andy was so quick to respond, answer my questions, and keep me updated every step of the way. He always let me know how things were going and where my car was in the process, which made everything so much less stressful. The communication, professionalism, and customer service were truly impressive. I am very grateful for all their help!

I appreciate Sid Dillon getting my vehicle in last minute for an oil change. Very surprised to find out I had a transmission leak after only having this vehicle for 2 months and being told it was good to go when purchased.
The service department is good for the oil changes. The dealership part I wouldn’t trust, very untrustworthy and shady.

When you walk in, ask for Trevor. He will work hard to find the exact vehicle you want by actually listening to what your needs are. He doesn’t push you to buy the more expensive vehicle if one at a better price exists, but will be honest when what you need costs more. He just cares about you getting the vehicle that fits you!

Our experience was good because Cody made it good. Had he not been an advocate for us, we may have got stuck paying for a failed recall fix from a 1.5 yrs ago.
